Poetry In Motion

My new video based on my poem In Lord's Light.

The background score is "Time" by Hans Zimmer. So the video is best watched with a good sound system / pair of headphones.

Watch & rekindle your faith!!!

  1. I Absolutely Love this poem. I've read it countless times before too.. after you'd posted it. It IS one of your bests :) And the music fits so Magically. When you had the Oxymorons coming in, I loved how the music kept building on top of itself, becoming more and more powerful, almost as if jogging your own Faith, until it reached it's climax. And the visuals that assisted each line.. like that fallen Chess piece. Marvelous. And then by the end, the music just dropped to the Piano Solo. And each note seemed to fill with such longing.. almost as if the music was craving for the viewer to understand.. to "see what he wishes us to be". And then at end, when you paused before ending off your last line.. I had to laugh.. It was all too Beautiful :) I'm saving this in my bookmarks. It'll be playing during my exams :) WELL DONEEEE!! :D

It's actually the magic of Hans Zimmer's music. He is phenomenal.

Thanks for watching and continuing to encourage me.

  6. The concept is beautiful, has been used previously, but i've never watched a blooger present his poetry in this manner. It has more impact with the pictures. the words r amazing. I especially like 'the lost will arrive'. this choice of music is also apt. howevr, the needs to have more flow. that will make it perfect. It should have smaller pauses i mean.

    1. Very well pointed out Maithili. The long pause thing was playing in my mind too during the editing. But you see it's better to have a pause than have an ordinary picture not complimenting to the soulful composition and the poetry.

I wish I could shoot real videos, & create motion picture. Always wanted to.

Thanks Maithili, for watching and sharing your observations.
